Valley Village Real Estate - Also, Studio City, North Hollywood and the entire West Valley

It's hard to find a reliable real estate agent anywhere, let alone a popular area like Valley Village, California.  But, it's really important to have someone there to make sure you are taken care of...from fraud to bad construction, a good agent can protect you from getting into a home that will hurt you later.  What are your Valley Village stories?
